Ingredients
  • 2 cups whole-grain low-sugar cereal
  • 1 cup other whole grain snack, such as popcorn, pretzels, crackers or baked tortilla chips
  • 1/2 cup sweet treats or dried fruit, such as apples, apricots, cherries, white or dark chocolate, chocolate chips, chocolate-covered fruit, currants, mango, pears, pineapple, raisins or yogurt-covered pretzels or raisins
Directions
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cereal, whole-grain snack and sweet treats or dried fruit. Divide the Snack mix among small resealable snack or sandwich bags and store in an accessible spot for up to a few weeks.
