Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1/3 pound snow peas, trimmed and washed
- 3 tablespoons water
Directions
In a skillet melt butter over medium heat. Stir in garlic and red bell pepper and cook for 1 minute. Stir in snowpeas and toss to mix. Add water and cover. Cook for 3 minutes or until the snowpeas are just tender
