THe taste is great, but for a person with kids and other family responsibilities, the prep is too confusing (for me at least.

My first time making mousse! I went with the soft mousse. I think I might experiement with different chocolates. I also added a tablespoon of almond flavoring. Great!

Wait, that is unfair. I hadn't made mousse before so I didn't know the tricks, but isn't that why you read a recipe ? The recipe didn't specify how cool the chocolate must be before adding it to the whipped egg yolks. I waited but maybe it was too warm. Maybe it was too cool. It seized or something then didn't want to get folded into the whipped whites and creme. We had something of chocolate chunk mousse (not very elegant. And the recipe never specified when to add the rum... By the way, the rum in the one mousse and not in the second mousse confused with the juxaposition of the 2 mousses side by side.
