I just made this... my husband loves anything with beans, avocados etc. so I knew he would love this! I loved it as well - it's enough for a dinner - he had it with fish. I didn't use the hot sause - not a fan of anything hot so I'm wondering if that made a difference - it probably could of used something in place of that - anybody have any ideas?? I would absolutely make this over and over again!! thanks for a great recipe!

I'm reading the reviews and am amazed by the high ratings! I thought this was one of the most flavorless salads I have ever made. Although I use olive oil nearly exclusively, I thought the flavor of the oil was inappropriate for this "southwestern" salad, even with the lime juice.

This was great. I did not love the lime dressing by itself. I added steak from the tyson bags that you can buy already cooked and bought Spicy Ranch dressing that went with this salad perfect. You still need the lime juice to give it extra flavor but I enjoyed the additional dressing. It is a keeper!

Everyone loved it, including my 3 children. Made a double batch of lime dressing and marinaded chicken breasts. Baked chicken at 350 degrees for 23 minutes, sliced on an angle very thin, and added it to the salad. The rest of the salad I made exactly as written. It is the perfect meal - healthy and wonderful.

This salad is delicious! It got rave reviews from my whole family, including my 3 kids. Used only 1 can of beans and still thought they took over the salad. loved the sweetness of the corn. Very flavorful and healthy for those watching their weight. Will definitely make again!

Oh my God! This is so delicious! I cut the ingredients in half because I am only cooking for myself. There was plenty to eat and left overs too. My daughter-in-law who is a vegetarian is going to love this. Thanks Paula and Jaime.
