Delish! This is my favorite way to eat spaghetti squash, the only thing I did differently was to add some garlic (because I LOVE it. Soo good and very healthy!

Loved it. My daughter loved it too!! The only thing missing was the temp of the oven. So I went with 400. So good!

I love speghetti squash and this recipe is a keeper. To make it a bit more healthy, I used half butter and half olive oil. Also I added in some fresh garlic, parsley and basil....yummy!!!

This recipe is good, but not what I expected. The consistency is very different than spagetti, and while I am ok with the "squashy taste" my boyfriend was not fond of it. But, we both love parmasean cheese! Probably won't make it again

Would have been nice if she included the temperature this needs to bake at.

While the setting for the oven is missing, 350 degrees worked perfectly, the result was WELL worth the guess.
I substituted diet margarine for half and used butter on the other half (I'm a constant dieter & am diabetic. My guests ate the lower fat portion 1st...go figure? I'll definitely fix this again and I now really love spaghetti squash!!
