This by far was one of the easiest and tastiest side dishes I have ever prepared or experienced, Although I agree with Julia of Pennsauken NJ cutting the squash and removing the seed prior to baking does make it easier to deal with when time to serve. Also baking temperature should be 350 degrees and I cut my cooking time down to 45-50 minutes for a crispier squash when time to eat.And freshly grated pecorino romano is a nice cheese to use in this dish. bona Petite'

I love spaghetti squash and eat it any way I can. This is a grea way to have it but I have one sugggestion, cut it in half and remove the seeds before cooking. It makes it much easier to handle and when it comes time to scoop out the flesh, you won't lose any along with the seeds. This is done easiest with an ice cream scoop. A wonderful addition to this recipe would be grated mozzarella cheese and crispy crumbled bacon pieces!! Talk about YUMMY!!! Garlic is great too! For the previous question about the temperature it would be 350. But even better is microwave on high 8-10 minutes, make sure the cut side is down.

If it's healthy and an alternative to pasta that's great. It was a very good meal, no heavy feeling like you get when eating pasta. I enjoyed it alot and will definitely have it for a regular meal.

This was a very good side dish! Easy, tastey, and fun to make. Definately a dish if you have guests staying with you, as it really only takes several minutes of your time!
