simple and easy to make, but bland if you don't add any extra seasoning. I added minced garlic, dried thyme, onion powder and lots of pepper. also, I used 2 quarts of chicken stock . . .

gonna try adding bell pepper and roasted chicken tonight

This is sooo simple to make and delicious!! I will def make it over and over again! The only thing I did differently was put an egg into a cup with the shredded parmesan cheese..mixed it up and poured it into the hot soup. SOOO good!

I made this soup today and it was delish. I used regular chicken broth and added an extra cup of water because it was too salty and I also like my soup with extra broth. I also added pieces of cubed chicken breast. I cut the raw chicken breast into cubes and then cooked it in a separate pot with water and salt, then drained the chiken cubes and added to soup at the end. The parmessan added extra flavor. Next time im serving it with garlic bread!

I just made this soup less than five minutes ago and it is actually really good. I wasn't quite sure about if because I'm not a big fan of mushrooms but it turned out great. I did add some garlic powder, fresh minced garlic, and some fresh cilantro to it and it added a lot more flavor.

This simple recipe is fantastic as long as you add herbs to season it. Following a few reviewers' comments, I added 1 tsp. dried thyme, 1 bay leaf and 1 chopped garlic clove; it made all the difference, from bland to BAM!

This soup is pretty good for how fast and easy it is to make. Instead of an entire cup of pea's I used half a cup and also added half a cup of sweet corn. This soup is great if your trying to cut calories!

this recipe is super easy and fast. this is a great tasting soup. it's great for a light dinner or a snack. i can definitely feel the difference when i eat the canned soup especially the next day, the high sodium content makes my fingers/face swell up. with this soup, it's flavorful and it doesn't have the high sodium so i feel great the next day. i'll be making this soup again for sure :

I was really excited to try this recipe. It's quick, healthy, and requires only a few ingredients. I just wasn't impressed, though. Maybe there was something I missed, but it was bland. I even put in a little garlic salt instead of just salt. I might try it again, but not too happy with this one.
