It's incredible to me how a few simple ingredients tossed together in a pot can make such a fantastic combination! I made this tonight and it was great. Definitely making it again!

I saw this on the food network online shows about healthy eating and thought i'd give this a try-- I wasn't sure how tasty it would be but I'm glad I made it!

I almost wanted to go back for seconds but I got so full with my first bowl.

This is so quick and easy, and the flavor is pretty good. I added some fresh thyme to the boiling water to give it a little more flavor, and skipped the cheese. It made for a great mid-week meal with a salad.

Absolutely delicious! I did take out the peas from the recipe and added onions but the flavor of the spinach in the chicken broth was delectable. I go to a college in the mountains and to be able to make a soup that is under ten dollars that I can eat for multiple meals and that will keep me warm and cozy is fantastic. A+!

I couldn't believe that a soup this easy and quick to make could taste SO good. I used some left-over brown rice for my first batch and then the small pasta for the second. Both were delicious. I'm not a big fan of mushrooms cut in such large chunks but I devoured them in this soup...and actually added more the second time I made it. I think Dana made the comment that this soup freezes well but I doubt I will find out as it doesn't last that long! The only change I made was adding a bit of spices like garlic powder to bump up the flavor.
