Great recipe and my kids loved it (even the noodles!. I made a couple of changes - I used cream of celery soup (my kids don't like mushrooms and I added a bag of frozen peas and carrots to the sauce as it cooked. A definite keeper for those hectic nights!

One word: YUM! I was a bit worried about using a "pasta substitute" but to my surprise it was delicious!! A bit chewy but still very appetizing!! Fast and easy. Loved it! Will make it again and again! Thank you "Hungry Girl."

Love love love this recipe!!! I made half a batch added sweet peas. So good. The noodles were not available but the speghetti was. Didn't think that would make a difference but I think I like them better as I have tried the larger noodles and didn't care for the chewiness. Drained them rinsed really good then put them in a tea towel to get the excess moisture out I think that makes a big difference in taste also. This will be my go to low cal dish for a long time to come. Thank you HG

I've used the Shirataki noodles before so I was very excited to see them used in such a quick, easy and delicious dish! And because the noodles are so good for you the portion is HUGE and very filling! Super easy again and so good! Will make again and again!

I LOVE Hungry Girl recipes and have made so many of her awesome low cal recipes but -- ahh!--- unfortunately I was just NOT a fan of the shirataki noodles.

They are very, very chewy...On the other end of the spectrum, My mom said quote "I have never eaten such good pasta in my life. Just knowing it's pasta made out of soy not flour. makes me feel guilt free good."

It certainly was great to try though once and find out if I liked it or not. I recommend everyone try it because if you do love it, it's an AMAZING low calorie alternative to pasta. Only 40 calories a bag!!! I wished I liked it, my mom certainly did, maybe you will, too.

This was a really good meal, it was super quick and easy, a definite new staple in my house! The trick to these noodles is to dry them, dry them and then dry them again. I really like them alot and don't mind the chewy consistency.

Tried this recipe after seeing it on Hungry girl. Couldn't get the Fetticinni noodles so used the Shirataki spaghetti noodles instead. It was easy, fast and delicious. Even my picky husband liked it. Found a new, easy meal for the whole family that allows me to stay on program with WW. Thank you Hungry Girl.
