    I'm indonesian.I saw the show. I never heard about that food. We have salad, we call it Gado- gado. We dont put cauliflower and carrot on the gado2 too. Even the sambal, not even close to it.

    I guess better not to mention it's indonesian food. Sorry, Mr. Hulme. Your food looks good, but not our indonesian food.
