Spicy Garlic Green Beans

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 pound sliced green beans
  • 2 tablespoons Asian sesame oil
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • Red pepper flakes, to taste
Directions
  • In a skillet, bring water and green beans to a simmer. Cook, uncovered until water evaporates. Drizzle in sesame oil and stir in garlic and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat and cook for 1 minute. Serve hot or cold
