Spicy Ginger Chu-Hi

Ingredients
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 level bar spoons sugar
  • 2 -ounces shochu juice (usually found in concentrate form, dilute first)
  • 1/2 -ounces raspberry flavored rum (recommended: Bacardi Razz)
  • 1 -ounce guava juice
  • 1/2 -ounce lime juice
Directions

In a mortar and pestle muddle together the ginger and sugar. Add the mixture to a cocktail shaker filled with ice along with the shochu, raspberry flavored rum, guava and lime juices.

Strain and pour into a martini glass and garnish with the slice of ginger.
