Spicy Ginger Chu-Hi
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 2 level bar spoons sugar
- 2 -ounces shochu juice (usually found in concentrate form, dilute first)
- 1/2 -ounces raspberry flavored rum (recommended: Bacardi Razz)
- 1 -ounce guava juice
- 1/2 -ounce lime juice
Strain and pour into a martini glass and garnish with the slice of ginger.
