We loved it!! Perfect amount of spice and very easy to make. Lots of flavor!! I'd use this for company as well. I served it with Garlic Roasted Aspargus which complimented it perfectly.

I love this recipe! There are only two of us, so I only use 2 tuna fillets and just half the rest of the ingredients. I've never been fond of fish, but this recipe made me a believer.

    Great flavor.
However I would cut the cayene at least in half.
To my taste was a little twangy for one large piece of tuna.

I'm not a big fish lover but have been learning to enjoy it more. This is amazing. I made it with a big yellowfin tuna steak and increased the Cayenne to 3 teaspoons because we like spicy food. SO easy and just spectacular... easy enough for everyday, impressive & tasty enough for any dinner party. Perfect.

Great recipe! The marinade is flavorful without overpowering the tuna. I frequently prepare this dish for barbeques because it?s simple and works well with many traditional side dishes.
