This is a GREAT recipe! I usually stay with the old standby Tyler Florence's ultimate mac n cheese, but I was getting tired of it and saw that everyone said it was great. It is AWESOME! And the best part is it takes LITTLE TO NO TIME!!! IT's cheesy, creamy, and really good. You can't really taste the spice, though...I was kind of looking forward to a new tasting mac, but it still turned out great. Definitely recommend!

We tried this on a whim and it went over so well that we have it at least once a month and on every holiday. My grandson invited a friend over for Thanksgiving and he liked it so well he asked for the recipe. Today, Dec. 17, 2009 I am making a double batch for my grandson's ROTC group.

Thanks so much for such a wonderful dish.

My Mexican friend was trowing a Thanksgiving Party this year and I needed a good side dish. Finally found it!!! I will not called spicy, it had a kick on it but not spicy if you are used to the heat. Easy to make and paked with flavor.

    Thanks Food Network!

This is the best mac and cheese I have ever tasted! May have to add more half and half or heavy cream depending on how many elbows you use. Great recipe!!! If you don't like the bread on top try crushing Ritz crackers on top.

My friends loved this recipe the first time I made it and have been requesting it ever since. The dish has enough heat without being too spicy for people who don't really like spicy food. I follow the recipe exactly except I leave the croutons out.

I didn't have the cream cheese or pepper jack so I had to use plain jack. To make up for this, I just added a little more cayenne and more sour cream. It came out great. A little lazy step, I added the seasoned bread crumbs out of the container, then broiled it!, Super delish!

This is the BEST mac and cheese i've ever had! I used about half of the cheese just because that's all I had and it was plenty. I think if I had used as much cheese called for, it would've been really really cheesy specially since it's so creamy too. I did not add the nutmeg but added some onion powder instead. I really didn't taste the cayenne pepper at all so next time I think I will put a little bit more, but it tasted fine this way too. All in all, one of the best recipes I've ever tried! Thanks Sunny!
