Making this dish was very simple to make. I have always wanted to know how to make baked macaroni and cheese. Plus, I like foods with a little kick, so the cayenne pepper showcased that. It was very delicious.

Looked great on the show, and have made it twice since! I made it today for my neighbor who had a premie baby. Her kids loved it! It is so much creamier than basics. Plus the chunks of cheese give you some really cheesy surprise bites!

I read in a lot of reviews that it was too saucy and too much cheese so I decided to make some changes and it turned out great! I will definitely make this again! Here is what I did differently: Increase the pasta to 12 oz, use the same amount of cheese and make 1 1/2 of the milk sauce but only use one egg. Very easy and very delicious!

I've never been a big fan of spicy food or mac and cheese but this was deliciuos. Accidently added an extra cup of noodles so the end result wasn't as creamy as I would have liked, but still very good.

I was really please this macaroni and cheese recipe. It was the best I've ever had. A little warm on the throat at first but not after the next couple of bites.
I even had to go back for seconds.
Very tasty!!!

This is the 1st time I ever made home made macaroni and cheese and both my husband and I loved it! It is very easy and quick to make. I added even more heat as my husband and I are big fans of spicy food (we don't have children. I highly recommend this recipie!

I have been searching high and low for a macaroni and cheese recipe for what seems like forever now. Finally! This one is creamy AND flavorful!

The only thing I did different, was substitute paprika for the cayenne pepper, as I am not into spicey food. Still delicious, though!

I LOVE macaroni and cheese and have tried many recipes. This one is the best by far and not runny at all. I used less of the cayenne pepper so it wasn't too spicy for the kids.

This is one of the best mac n cheese dishes ever. This is very rich, smooth but not runny. Pepperjack cheese is the kicker. Loved it!

it was ok
