    This is a very creamy M&C with just the right level of spice, but lacking a little of the cheese flavor. I think it may be because the Monterey Jack cheese tends to be a bit mild. Next time I will substitute Colby for the Pepper-Jack and add a finely minced jalapeño or serrano chile. Thanks, Sunny!

    Fantastic! I make this for all large family gatherings, and I end up giving out the recipe every time. The greatest thing about this recipe is that this is the best mac and cheese to re-heat for leftovers. Love it!! Thanks Sunny!

    This is the best moist Mac and Cheese ever!! Every time I bake this dish everybody ask me for the recipe.. I bake this every holiday my family LOVE it....

    This was by far, the BEST mac N cheese that I have ever had. I took leftovers to work for lunch the next day, and some of my co-workers took a bite. One girl did not want to give my lunch back. I guess that speaks for itself.

    Because my family all likes meat, I had to add ground chuck to it. It was good, I am thinking a little more spice on the next try, but will definetely make it again.

    This is the best Mac and Cheese recipe that I've ever tasted! My family just loved it. They actually didn't taste anything else on their plates until they finished this dish. I'm throwing away my old mac and cheese recipe (which was above average. Thumbs up Sunny!!!

    Absolutely FABULOUS! My husband said it was the best macaroni and cheese he has EVER had and I must say that I was delighted to see a macaroni and cheese dish so delicious and full of flavor without the need to flavor it with bacon or ham. I tend to be somewhat of a purest and do not like flavoring all of my dishes with meat, especially bacon. This dish was a hit with everyone! Bravo, Sunny!

    I tried this recipe last night and it's a keeper! Wonderful flavor (amazed that some people said it wasn't flavorful. I was worried that it might be too spicy....but it was the right mix of heat. I will say that if I anticipate a child eating this I might take the cayenne pepper out. Also, I didn't do the croutons (just seemed too weird but I may take a portion out and cook with croutons and without just to try it. Over all highly recommend.
