Not sure if I did something wrong but this marinade broke down the chicken fibers making the end product very grainey.

This recipe sounded so good, but I marinated the chicken overnight and it was not good. Don't marinate longer than the recipe says to.

This is one of Brian's FAVORITE chicken dishes... wasn't too spicy, but we liked the sweet flavor. Def need to make this again.

This chicken was very tasty. I kept a little bit of the marinade aside and boiled it with the honey and poured it over the chicken when I served it. I would definately make this again, but with only one jalapeno!!!!

Very nice citrus flavor - I used oregano instead of cilantro and it was delicious

I hate spicy, so I left out the jalepenoes and it was still pretty good. I recommend using large chicken breasts if grilling; the smaller ones tend to dry out. Continuosly base and the result is perfect with grilled pineapple.
