We liked this recipe for a lot of reasons....it was simple, healthy, economic and, with toppings, had great eye appeal. I doubled it, freezing the extra topless, cooked burgers for a quick dinner another night. Definitely needs the toppings because cooked turkey is pretty colorless and needs the help. I fanned avocado slices to cover the burger surface and sprinked with chopped homegrown tomatoes, red pepper and purple onion. That's just what I had on hand. I'd like to substitute scallions and a little chopped green pepper next time for the red onion and green pepper.

This recipe was super easy and excellent. I served the burger with chipotle mayonnaise (mayonnaise+finely chopped canned chipotle chiles in adobo+fresh lemon juice to add more spice. This recipe is a keeper.
