I really liked this dish, I highly reccomend using Barilla orzo.. I tried several others, and they dont work as well as Barillia.

I live in a small apartment, and I must say this dish is simple to make and very delicious. Dont listen to some of the other comments about this dish, they obviously have no cooking ability. I have worked as a professional chef for 15 years and I know a good recipe when I see one. You cant use cheap ingredients for this recipe, especially the orzo. You obviously need to use the best ingredients to get the best results.

I agree with Darcy - Maybe cooking the orzo according to package directions and then proceeding with the recipe would help. Had to throw the whole thing out. Terrible waste of expensive herbs.

Let's see... Not enough stock to cook the orzo..no flavor. Good thing I know how to cook so I can try to remedy this. Needs salt and pepper and more lemon..maybe some feta cheese and greek olives!

There is way too much monkey business in this recipe. It shocks me that Chef Lee would include a crazy, time-consuming, foodie recipe like this on her excellent show. Now I am not sure I should buy any more of her cookbooks. I don't need any more bland (no seasoning packets and slow recipes. I have Joy of Cooking for that.

Adding the small amount of chicken stock and the constant stirring made the pasta very starchy and way undercooked. If I were to make again, I would cook orzo according to package directions and then toss together with all of the ingredients.

I served this along side lemon grilled salmon and it was perfect. The lemon flavor in this is really great and fresh and I enjoyed the contrast in textures with the spinach. I had to use more chicken stock than it called for, but other than that, the recipe is great.
