Amazing recipe. I have made this recipe for dinner parties, holiday parties, and as an appetizer for friends parties and every time it has been a hit! I have also fried only half the recipe and froze the remaining to cook at a later date and they still came out great!
Only downfall is cooking a head of time is a little difficult. If you need to cook ahead I suggest placing in foil and in cracked oven on low until needed but served immediately is reccommended.

this was an amazing recipe, easy to make and very easy to eat, the balls tasted delicous and my parents were impressed!

Little on bland side. May experiment with a more flavorful cheese. But great appetizer idea

These spinach balls were such a great hit at a neighbor's party. Didn't last more than 30 minutes. I used a Fry Daddy to cook. It was super easy and soooo tasty.
