Not sure if I just didn't make it right, but the texture in general was too mushy for my tastes. The flavor just wasn't there enough for me, either. Not sure if I'd make this again.

I love the idea of an orzo salad, rather than the usual macaroni or spiral pasta salad. I also like the use of zucchini and squash, as I don't use them much in the summer. However, I substituted feta for the goat cheese, mainly because I strongly dislike goat cheese. I also used a homemade red wine/dijon viniagrette in addition to the olive oil to add some flavor based on other reviews. Turned out great!!

I made this very quickly as a side dish to go with a Panini. It would be easy to scale down or double this recipe. Not a big fan of dill so I just left it out, but the flavor was so good, we didn?t miss it! This one will be a regular at our house!

I was really excited to try this recipe, but when I tasted it I was a little disappointed. I used three kinds of herbs and flavored goat cheese and it still seemed bland. I did really like the texture though. I'll try it again, but this time put in more vegetables and maybe some spices.

Sorry, I thought this was pretty bland. It needs more flavor.

My mother-in-law made this and the whole family loved it. Goat cheese is my favorite, so I was happy, happy. My son requested mozzarella next time so we're going to try that.

This was a really good recipe. I wasn't sure about the Goat Cheese because i've never used it before but it was really creamy. I took me a while to find the cheese but i found it in the specialty case.

I made this for dinner this week and we LOVED it! I made one substitution - I had fresh basil in my garden and used that instead of dill. First evening I served it warm, left overs the next day we had it chilled - either way it is fantastic!
