Superb recipe! Very easy to make - my father and my husband liked it. If you cut up the tomatoes and cilantro and make the garlic and oil ahead, as well as dry and cut the squid, it would only take 5 minutes for cooking when you get home from a long days work. Next time I'm going to try a small bit of lime right at the end of cooking.
