I have never made Collard Greens but I made them this past Saturday and they were as good as I have had in the past. Easy to make especailly since the collards were already cut up in small ribbons. I am making them for a super bowl party as a side dish. I can't wait to see the reviews.
Thank you Paula,

Excellent!!! I never cared for collard greens, but after using this recipe I will never go back to fixing them the traditional way.

My mom was always the designated greens maker after I bombed one holiday dinner. I was never able to make mine taste even close. This recipe is easy - especially if you use the prewashed and trimmed greens in the packet and tasty without cooking out all the nutrients for hours with the ham hock! My kids were even talking about them and asking for more! I'm very excited because we can have an exciting greens dish that's easy to make up! They even wanted to take it to school for lunch!!! You will be the hero by making this one for your dinner!

These were the best collard greens I've ever made or tasted. Super easy to make and super yummy! I will definitely make these over and over again. Added some garlic powder and cayenne pepper and used vegetable broth instead of water for added flavor. SOOOOOO good!

I made these but used chicken stock instead of water and added garlic and a bit of crushed red pepper for kick. I made it with the fish from the same episode.. Great meal.

I must admit to having reservations about putting butter in my greens, but I made this just as Paul said to and they were fantastic!! I will be making this dish much more often.
