Flavorful rice goes well with Airman Anderson Chicken so good. Don't forget to cook the green beans as well. This recipe is a keeper....

I tried this recipe as a side dish for the Airman Anderson Chicken. This was a thumbs up by my family! What's funny is my nine year old said, "mom, you are not chopped" they watch as much food network as I do. This rice was so delicious. I will be making this again an it was so easy!

This is now the only way I make rice! I use Jasmine rice instead of plain white. It goes great with pretty much any Asian dishes (Thai, Indian, etc. that compliment the peanuts. Even if it's a dish that the peanuts or scallions won't work with, I still toast the rice and garlic and use chicken broth. Sunny, you have forever changed how I make rice! Thank you!

Enjoyed the dish. Normally I have soggy oriental food but this is great.
