This was the best recipe I have ever tried for steak. My brother and I usually try something new when he comes to town, and this was the one for this month. OMG was it awesome, we thought the pound of brown sugar was going to be a bit much, it turned out we were wrong. I could not find the Flap meat so the gentleman that was helping me suggested the Flank Steak. Not sure what the difference is but it was all good. I have never had Guinness beer before and had to buy a six pack, the beer went well with the dinner. I think I will try chicken in the marinade and see how that goes. Must try new things all the time.
