Strawberries with Liqueur
- 4 servings
- 4 cups strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/3 cup Framboise or Kirsch
In a large bowl combine strawberries, sugar and liqueur. Allow to sit at room temperature for about 2 hours. Chill until ready to serve. Spoon into individual dishes and garnish with sweetened whipped cream if desired.
