Amazing!!! Tastes better than it looked on TV! I have yet to have a recipe from Alex that has not been amazing!

Easier to make than I expected. I brought it to a party and it was the hit of the evening. Thanks, Alex!

Alex has really outdone herself this time! This parfait is absolutely delicious! I thought the almond cream would be too overpowering and the unsweetened heavy whipping cream would not add much but boy was I wrong! Every component was wonderful! Although everything was perfect the brittle did take a while--but in the end the flavor wowed us all! Thanks Alex!

I have made this recipe twice now. Oh my goodness!!!! I can't put into words the experience of this Parfait. Thank you so much Alex G. for your wonderful show, The Cooking Loft. If it weren't for your show, I may have never tried this recipe. I cooked the Almond Cream a little longer to create thicker cream, because I like the way the heavy cream melts in your mouth and the almond cream is like the best "pudding-like" delicious thing.... oops, my mouth is watering...where are my manners.....THANK YOU!

After watching Alex make this I had to make it. It looked and sounded wonderful. It was a huge dissapointment. The pudding never thickened enough, and the almond paste didn't melt into the pudding very well. I layered everything according to the recipe and refrigerated it for 3 hours. The whipped cream just deflated into the pudding so everything just ran together in the dessert dishes. It looked terrible and tasted terrible. Sorry Alex.

Chef Guarnaschelli makes everything look so easy. I made the Almond Cream for the first time and it turned out so easy and tasted marvellous, even my husband liked it. I look forward to trying more.

This is a great, classy desert. Simple to make yet elegant. I didn't make the candied almonds because my family doesn't care for them, but this desert was fantastic without them
