    It took about one hour to make this and after 4 hours in the freezer I spooned it out. What a delicious treat on a hot day. It was creamy with a hint of strawberry flavor, kind of like a cream cycle in strawberry. I will be serving it a lot. JAE Sarasota, FL 04/28/08

    We served this after a heavier dinner of steak, risotto, and asparagus while enjoying a warm spring evening outside. Although relatively simple, the light/ fruity taste overlays a more complex texture. A juxtaposition, it tastes like a rich ice cream dessert, but feels like a sherbet.
