this pie was absolutely disgusting! i followed everything the recipe said but i still gag when i think about the results. I guess maybe its an aquired taste, so unless you're already a fan of strawberry-rhubarb pie i dont recommend it.

No changes are necessary. Blending the sour of the Rhubarb with the sweetness of the meringue was perfect. My son could not get enough of it and I am sure this will be the best desert at any gathering!
