    I used tomatoe soup and pizza sauce for added kick; use any dry seasoning with garlic and herbs.

    Great recipe but don't make the mistake I did and substitute the dark meat with light meat! they were really good but mine got a little dry!! MY FAULT for substituting!

    I was attracted to this recipe b/c the chicken mixture was something different. The seasonings were perfect. I cheated on the chicken broth (just made my own from bouillon. I broiled parmesan cheese on the top of them @ the end of the baking time. This recipe was worth the extended prep time. Next time I will substitute pork sausage.
