I used orange and red peppers, ground turkey which I seasoned with salt and pepper and a garlic and olice oil flavored couscous along with everything else the recipe called for. I sprinkled panko breadcrumbs on the top as well. I thought they were great. Very simple and tasty

This was simple and very good tasting. Almost reminded me of the stuffed peppers I had in Greece. To the whole mixture I added some tomato sauce and put some on top also when baking it. Make sure enough stock is used so it is not dried out.

These were the worst stuffed peppers I have ever had.

I used fresh ground sage pork sausage, couscous, 2 shallots, pepper tops, 1 small jalapeno pepper and S&P, Basil, Sage, Parsley for seasoning. Baked it for 50 mins at 400 degrees. Much better. Lots of flavor, and no longer just reheated leftovers. Was very good.

I am Italian and grew up on my moms stuffed peppers so i was very excited about trying this recipe. It was so bland, no taste at all. The only thing i ate was the sausage in it because it was the only thing that had taste! Awful dish, will never make again.

I used a flavored coucous and disregarded the meat. I also used fresh japs and zuchini. Yum!

Easy, fast and delicious. I should have used a little less chicken stock and I put a little tomato sauce on top. The peppers came out a little crunchy and gave a nice texture and satisfaction to the meal. Garlic bread was a nice accompaniment.
