This very basic and simple recipe is easy to do and to understand. A great and very quick side dish or as an appetizer. Very good flavor.

The stuffed peppers were way too bland. There needs to be more seasoning, I never imagined food could taste this bland. Do not make this dish.

The stuffed peppers were tasty, but dried out a little in the oven. I reccomend covering for the first half of cooking and uncovering for the second half. I topped it with fresh parmesan cheese at the end.
