I recently made the gorilla bread for a family get together. I wanted something that would be different, but not so different that my traditional family wouldn't eat. Made as is, this recipe turned out wonderfully! It was devoured in a flash and I will definitely be making this again.

made the gorilla bread as it looked more interesting, but even cooking it for 40+ minutes in a very good oven there were large spots where it was raw in the middle. i would like toask anyone out there if they could help rework this recipe, as it seems like both monkey and gorilla can't use the same oven settings/time cooking. thanks!

I made the Monkey Bread for a Christmas celebration and had several people tell me it was the best they had ever had. It was super easy also!

I've made this recipe several times (an especially nice Christmas morning treat!. I usually buy a 4-pack of smaller buttermilk biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters. Yummy every time...

My grandparents are gone for the weekend and I got some piercings (My grandparents hate perciengs so hopefully when they get here they love the monkey bread as much as I did and forgive me... they don't know I have the piercings just yet!

I used the exact amount of biscuits, baked it at the correct temperature for the suggested time and when I pulled it out of the oven, it was raw all the way through. The only area that was cooked was the top layer.
