    Salad is easy and tasty, but next time, I will add a little vinegar...somehow felt it was missing the acidity.

    I love this salad. Tried it with frozen, thawed corn, as well as grilled corn from the BBQ. Great either way.

    I love this recipe. I made it for a BBQ themed potluck and it was so simple to make. It was easy on the pockets and super tasty. Loved it.

    I used only one quarter of the red onion and only 2 tbls of the oil. It was perfect. We loved this salad, and I will make it again and again.
