My family devours this! It is so good. It's really not hard, although it takes a bit longer than I'd like for a quick weeknight meal. Still, it is worth it.

It took a little longer than I expected to make during a week night with frying the chicken, but it was well worth the wait...delicious recipe...rice included : Thanks Sunny!

This is a great recipe! My husband is not a fan of Chinese take out and I am so this was a great compromise. I did not fry the chicken mostly because I didn't want to have to stand and watch it so I egg/breaded the chicken and baked it in the oven. I also roasted some broccoli, cauliflower and carrots in the oven and mixed them into chicken and sauce. Turned out amazingly delicious!

This recipe taste just like take-out all I can say is WOW!!! I did make a few changes to the recipe instead of frying the chicken in oil I did oven fried chicken using the egg mixture in recipe & panko bread crumbs for the crunch taste just like fried chicken but healthier (bake on 425 for 20-25 mins. I made one more change I did not use the zest of an orange because I used orange juice with pulp in it. My husband loved this recipe he was blown away by the how much similar it was to take-out. This one is a keeper. Thanks Sunny!!! (P.S. Dont forget to cook with the stormy rice recipe & the green beans recipe awesome together a complete meal.

Oh Sunny, this is so good! The flavors that the orange sauce brings out is wonderful, kind of sweet, tart, and nutty all at the same time. We loved it and we will be making this one regularly served over your stormy rice. Thanks

My children love chinese food so, I thought I'd give this a shot. I made no changes and followed recipe exact. It was absolutely delicious! My picky eaters had seconds and thirds. I loved this recipe and will definitely keep this to use again.

I loved this chicken recipe. I changed a few little things. like I used light Land O Lakes butter instead, tasted great, and I used a little less brown sugar, since I didn't quite have enough, but used some white sugar with a little molasses. I also marinated the chicken the night before in orange juice to give it a little more orange flavor. The stormy rice was good, but I changed it even more. I had no scallions, or peanuts, so I added chopped yellow bell peppers, and mushrooms, and sliced almonds, very tasty. I made a great simple salad to go with it. I combined spinach, shredded cabbage and carrot mix, chopped fresh oranges, and poppyseed dressing. The flavors were great together! I never fry foods, but this was so good it was worth the splurge.
