This recipe is wonderful! I added just a little bit more sugar to the dressing. Definitely a keeper!!!

I LOVE this recipe. It is very easy, fresh and flavorful. I have prepared this for several bbq's and other occasions and it's gone when the guest are! Not to mention, it's healthy!!! My husband does not care much for any type of salad and he like this. If I could I would give this recipe more than 5 stars, it's a MUST TRY.

I made this salad one day ahead of time for a camping trip and it turned out wonderfully! Both my husband and I ate it for lunch two days in a row!

As long as the recipe delivered a great antipasto , I don't think it mattered what she called..a great new twist on a side salad

Antipasta, antipasto, who cares! The salad was delicious and we all enjoyed it, even my son who doesn't like onions.

Love this salad, I made it earlier this summer after watching the show and have craved it ever since. I've actually made it about 4 or 5 times since the first.
It does take a bit of time to cut up everything, but well worth it in my book.
Thanks sunny!
