    This recipe was a piece of cake and it was delicious. I have some very picky eaters in my house so I was a little skepticle but they loved it! The chicken was so moist and the flavors were great. This is something i will definately make again and again and it's easily something that I can put my own spin on.

    The ingredients were so easy to assemble. The amount of time it took to make this recipe was wonderfully short to have such a great outcome. The chicken, apples, and sauce were so delicious. I took note from other reviewers and didn't let the apples cook too long in the sauce. I took them and placed them on top of the chicken while the chicken was simmering, this helped so the apples didn't become mush. What a nice presentation it made too.

    Very nice, and easy to put together. I swapped out the chicken for firm Tofu [frozen then defrosted] with no issues at all. Yes we?ll use this again.

    i tasted the chicken and it could have used a little more season. maybe i didnt add enough salt, but other than that, when i used an 8' or 9' pan and everything was bunched up instead of spread out so i didnt get a sear on the chicken and it took a while for the sauce to boil so the appes were mushy by the time i finished cooking it.

    oh well, better luck next time.

    Loving apples with pork I decided to give this recipe a try. I was pleased with the result. It is a very easy recipe and a nice chicken change. A good addition to my chicken recipes.

    I say Sunny this morning and immediately went to the market. It was easy to prepare, even with my 13 month old grand-daughter underfoot. Not too many things to cut up. The chicken came out very moist and the apples combined with the cider and onions gave it a great taste. I will definately be making this again! Thanks Sunny!

    I enjoyed watching Sunny make this recently and bought the ingredients the next day. I cooked this chicken for a special get together and everyone loved it. It is simple and in my opinion has tonnes of flavor and yumminess. I will definitely make it again!!

    This dish was easy to make and had very few ingredients. It was inexpensive to make, but you couldn't tell it didn't cost a fortune. I really enjoyed it and I will make it again.

    My family really enjoyed this chicken. It was very easy to make-we had all the ingredients in the house, but the cider. (I always like those recipes that don't require you to buy ingredients that you'll never use again! The sauce was wonderful-it really made the recipe. It kept the chicken moist and added a great sweet taste. We ate it over white rice and spooned the sauce on top. Will make this again.
