I love, love, love this salad. I will definitely make it again and again and again...
I added some pomegranate seeds and WOW did it make this salad pop. I just can't seem to get enough of it.

The dressing really makes this a 5 star rating. This salad is light and refreshing.

    Thanks for another great recipe!!

Crunch, sweet, salty, satisfying. The list goes on! I was hesitant at first to put olive oil on apples and pears, but what a nice surprise the combination provides. I used coarse sea salt in the recipe, which I think gives it that extra kick. If you don't love to cook and need to bring something to a party (no matter the time of year, this will be a hands-down winner.

I couldn't agree more that this is a 5 star recipe. It was so tasty and colorful. It actually lasted for in the refridgerator for about 5 days without turning brown or mushy. I loved the contrast of sweet and sour.

This salad is simply delicious! I have also used pecans instead of walnuts which is really good. I used three different varieties of pears. I never bring any back home from a potluck. You won't be disappointed!

Refreshing and different, this salad was an enormous hit! I love it so much. You can even go so far as to dip it in vanilla yogurt. Anyway, this will become a regular in my family. It is delicious.

I changed the amount of golder raisins. I used two Tablespoons of golden raisin and two Tablespoon of dried cranberries. I was big hit at a fussy-eater-family party.

I enjoyed this salad. I used golden raisins and it was simply delish! I could not get enough. I added a glass of wine and just enjoyed my meal. The different types of apples gave it a real nice variety of flavor.

I served this with a grilled pork tenderloin - a perfect pair. What a hit! Easy to make and healthy. The small bit of leftover salad was still tasty and firm the next day.

I made this salad for a dinner party and it was a hit. Initially, I was little concerned about the salt/pepper but it turned out great. As a side dish or snack it is sweet and savory. Thanks Sunny!
