This is the BOMB! What a great change of pace from a green salad. I take it to work for a light lunch--the walnuts and raisins make it really satisfying.

The orange zest is a little overpowering, so I'll cut back on that next time. The addition of some good blue cheese is very nice. We'll be serving this on a bed of fresh baby spinach for a nice heart-healthy starter for Christmas dinner this year.

The best fruit salad in recent memory - the perfect compliment to our dinner of pork chops with grilled veggies and rice. I'm not a fan of raisins, so I used craisins instead. I also added a teaspoon of sugar. SO GOOD!

I didn't have any walnuts, but I had to make this anyway. As usual, I small adjustments to recipes in accordance with my family's taste. I used more pears and less apple (2-1. I also put one big tablespoon of lowfat strawberry yogurt on top and served it as a light dessert. My husband, teenage son, and I all loved it! It was so good, we all over stuffed ourselves. I saved the juice to make into a vinegarette for a chicken and strawberry dinner salad.
