I always have tilapia in my freezer so I decided to try this recipe with it. My entire family loved it, capers and all, and my teenage son was wishing I had baked him 2 fish instead of 1! The only change I made was I substituted whole wheat bread for the white bread and it turned out great. I will definitely be making this recipe again. It is simple to make, yet elegant enough for company. Thanks Sunny!

I am not a big fish eater but when I saw her make this I knew I had to try it. I made it with Talapia and sooooo yummy! Super fast and easy! I will totally make this over and over again!! You must try it!!

We really enjoyed this dinner. I used flounder, which has a mild flavor. The lemon zest gave the breadcrumbs a really nice burst of flavor. Never cooked with swiss chard before, had to rince it about 8 times to get rid of the grit & was surprised to find a stone the size of a quarter come out! Dried it well. Infused the oil with a cracked clove of garlic & then removed it. We were quite pleased with the results. I can't wait to make this again.

I am new to cooking with fish. I did have several bad experiences in the beginning with getting "fishy" fish. Then I heard that you should smell the fish before you buy it. That made a big difference. The people at the fish counter in my market recognise me now and when I ask for a nice fresh fish, they go back into the cooler & get it from there and not from the display case infront. I guess it wasn't good PR to have other customers see me smell the fish & then shake my head no.
