    I made this dish last night and it was aweseome! I didn't totally mash my potatoes because I like them more "smashed" with the chunks, and the purple potatoes just look so cool! I can see myself making this year-round with other potatoes as well. Just really easy and delicious.

    These were good - I liked the combination of your meatloaf with these - the two textures together were good and oh yah ----- the Easy String Beans and Onions -- SICK!!!!!! - yum!!
