I disagree, that this didn't have much taste. I like a lot of flavor, also, (love Frank's hot sauce, and we thought it was really good. You do need to add a good bit of salt, though. And I used freshly grated Parmesan , maybe that's the difference.

Add Bacon and it won't be boring!! I also added french's fried onions for the topping. Smelled AMAZING in the oven : Of course, the down side is you have to pre-cook the bacon before hand, so if you have the time, it's worth it!

I normally love Sunny's recipes & pick them because they burst with flavor, but sadly not this one. I used the other reviewers tips to add garlic, mixed the seasoned salt, pepper, paprika with the zuc's before placing in baking dish. The zuc's came out flavorless, but everyone liked the topping. My 13 yr old suggested we use that on fish! LOL Sorry Sunny, but this one wasn't tasty

Very good and easy.
I did dress it up a bit because my husband I and like a lot of flavor.
Added one garlic clove through the press to the olive oil and mixed it with a fork all over the bottom of the pan. Also finely chopped two green onions and put them on before the breadcrumbs.

This recipe was very yummy with a few changes that I read about in previous reviews. I seasoned the zucchini and squash (I used yellow squash also with garlic powder, a seasoning salt, smoked paprika and pepper. You won't have to worry about it being bland that way. Otherwise I followed the recipe. At the end though I sprinkled some fresh shredded Parmesan cheese in the last 10 minutes of baking. Delicious...

This was a quick and easy recipe, but it was very bland. I would add a little olive oil over the zucchini before adding the topping and maybe some type of seasoning to liven it up. Will try this one again though with additional ingredients like garlic powder.

This recipe was great and so easy. I used smoked paprika to add more flavor and real Parn not the tasteless green bottle Parmesan. Added a little more cheese to the topping and I used yellow zucchini. I also used dry thyme. My whole family really liked it.

Was disappointed especially after reading the reviews. The dish seemed to be missing something. The topping didn't stick to the zucchini and it was a little dry.
