Found nice big zucchini at market today and this dish was the perfect way to utilize them. Love this recipe; it's healthy, fast, easy and very tasty.

SO simple, quick and easy, and of course quite tasty! Next time I will skip the salt, since I used seasoned Panko, which already contains salt, and parmesan is salty. What a great way to serve zucchini when it can otherwise be blah and boring.

This was very good! The zucchini was very moist and the seasoning made it delicious. I'm not even a big zucchini fan. So easy and so fast to prepare.

Good side dish! A little on the bland side so next time I'll add some garlic powder to the panko mixture.

This recipe is so simple and delicious! What an easy side dish to any meal. The only suggestion I would have is not to salt the breadcrumb crust. The parmesan adds plenty of saltiness, and the generous sprinkling on top of the zuchinni itself is enough seasoning. Excellent.

My husband loved this because the zucchini is cooked but not mushy. When I watched Sunny making this dish on TV, she used a lot more olive oil and panko crumbs than the recipe lists so I made it the way she did. Next time I'll cut back a little on the crumbs, but we will make this again many times. It's a winner and we're always looking for new ways to use our bountiful summer produce.

Excellent! Made exactly as Sunny did and it turned out so delicious. I can see us having this multiple times during peak zucchini season. Thanks, Sunny!
