These cups are so so fantastic! They have become a staple Christmas cookie! Everyone gobbles them right up! The lemon zest is a little strong for our taste so I reduced that a bit. The second time I made them I couldn't find shelled pistachios so I used cashews, Just as wonderful! Thanks Sunny for a great recipe...as usual!

So super easy. I made them for a knitting retreat and I made 48, the were gone by the 1st day. These are a keeper for any sweet small treat in my book.

    Thanks Sunny....enjoy your show too!

So easy and so tasty. My family is kinda picky about food and they couldnt get enough. I did put peacans instead of almonds because of my personal taste but it still turned out great! i am proud to say this dessert is a family favorite and is now a regular at family events!

These are a great quick fix dessert & so easy to make,I just could not believe it.It tastes really nice but the only thing was that I dont know why I thought that the vanilla essence was too dominating.I used the exact amount as the recipe & it overlapped the authentic flavor which is of the toasted nuts & cinnamon which you would find in authentic baklava.I will not use vanilla essence next time. Also i used lemon juice instead of the zeast & went easy on the salt. But overall a good recipe.

I made this last minute when my family was coming to dinner.. HUGE success…they loved that it is a baklava but not with the sticky/messy hands

I usually do not write a review if I made changes. However, the only change I made was swapping pistachios for pecans. All I can say is YUMMY. I don't think I have ever made a dish that was so simple that had this wow factor. There was more filling left over but I just put in in the freezer until I can pick up more fillo cups.
