Sorry I'm very late to your question about how to find "filo" cups.
But, I typed in "filo cups" on Google, got ATHENS brand, and, when I went onto the site, they had a section to request local suppliers. Here in Cheshire, CT, I found five stores, including Walmart, Stop & Shop, Price Chopper, Big Y, etc.
Hope you have luck finding them. I found mine at Price Chopper.

Dear Nanu, Baklava is as Turkisk as the Armenian & Byzantine Churches that you Turks call Mosques now!!!!!!!!!!!!
Baklava is Middle eastern, & the Best Baklave is Lebanese Baklava. www.shatila.com
    This
is a great recipe. If you can get your hands on Rose Water or Orange Blossom Water add a table spoon to both part of the recipe; it will make a huge difference.

Gyro pronunciation -- who is going to settle the debate? Please ask a person who can speak Greek. There is no debate, there is one way to properly say it. Phyllo, not filo, prounounced "pheel - o" or "feel - o," etc. Come on food network, a lot of people learn wonderful things on this network and you reach a huge amount of people; it would be great if they actually learned the proper way to say these things. Keep up the great food ideas.

Dear Sunny, you are great and these cookies are indeed deliciouse. Only a small correction: baclava is a Turkish desert, not a Greek one.

I made these cups for a party and they were a hit! I decided not to add almonds, so I just put in and extra 1/4 cup each of pistachios and walnuts. It was delicious. I made them on a Friday night and kept them in the refrigerator until about 5:00 pm on Saturday. They were the perfect temperature by the time our guests arrived at 7:00! I will definitely be making these again. Thanks, Sunny, for an easy Baklava recipe!

Unfortunately I wasted a lot of time making the standard baklava which is very labor intensive on other occasions. This was a breeze to make and so far superior in taste. Sunny, you rock!
