What an amazing salad!! I used pancetta actually, just to try it out, and wow, talk about mouth watering! The glaze was simple and delicious and it made the pancetta so crunchy. I'll try the salad with normal bacon next time, but I'd recommend using the pancetta at least once. The sauce is fantastic, too!

Oh so good! My kids loved it! Even my hubby who by the way hates salads!

I agree with the people who liked this salad. I thought it was great. I used a lot more romaine lettuce, but only made one recipe of the dressing. I also used a little more bacon, but didn't up the amount of brown sugar coating. This is delicious.

OMG!!!! This salad was by far one of the best I've ever eaten. I followed the recipe as written. The bacon was slammin' . While we were eating, my husband said "Let's have this again next week". This will definitely be a favorite!! Thanks, Sunny.

Cut this recipe out last year and finally made it for my family. So delicious. The flavors were great together. I followed the recipe exactly as written. Would definitely make again. Served with salmon for dinner.

Loved this one Sunny! Almost passed because of the mustard element in the dressing. So glad I made it. Bacon was absolutely great, though the thyme was too subtle to stand up to the brown sugar and pepper. Will definitely make this one again.

this was a fantastic salad and really easy! Added a ripe avocado and chopped hard-boiled egg that I had in the frig. Will definitely be making this one again.

I really liked this recipe. The bacon was so flavorful and it caramelized so nicely in the oven from the brown sugar. I made the croutons with leftover sourdough I had in the freezer. I just put them on a separate pan and stuck them in the oven with the bacon, turning them halfway through and they were perfect. The dressing was perfectly tangy and the hint of maple syrup pulled the whole thing together. Can't wait to make this again!
