This is very good, but the bacon can be a pain. That said, I have made the bacon part separate for other recipes. I don't make this too often because it just feels decadent for a salad. *smile*

I love this salad because everyone in the family loves it! Plus, it's really easy to throw together last minute. We leave out the onions too, due to the munchkin. I've made it with Dijon because I haven't had whole grain mustard, and it's delicious. I even sub Greek yogurt in for the mayo, and it works beautifully. Thanks for the great recipe, Sunny!

Yummy! The bacon was more work than I'd normally go to, but so worth it! The dressing made way more than was needed though.

Nice salad. Didn't bother with the brown sugar on the bacon and just microwaved it with a sprinkle of lemon zest, thyme and pepper. It was really tasty!

The bacon was fantastic, definately a favorite for my 13 year. I made the salad dressing but did not serve it because it didn't taste very good.

Took this to a gathering of 30 people and it was a hit. The bowl was empty in less than 30 mins. I had tripled the recipe. Thanks for a great refreshing salad.

This is excellent! I changed it up a bit to use with Weight Watcher points. 1/4 cup Lite mayo, Agave 1 TB. Everything else stated the same. 6 points

Made the BLT Sandwich (He Made/SheMade and Sunny's salad. Although everybody enjoyed both, I thought Sunny won hands down!! Very easy, great for game day, girls lunch, family or company dinner. Delicious and versatile!
