I'm sorry but we loved it!! My boyfriend and I made it for the first time for our New Years Day meal..wow! Then the next day he cut it up steak style and threw it on the grill. The best we had it with some pasta delicious!!! This is my favorite of them all SUNNYYYYY!

Hey Sunny,
Please forgive me for not getting back to review this recipe. We were at a vacation home Lake Oconee Georgia with what can be best described as intermittent internet access. But this prime rib was sooooooo good. And tender. I can't express how delicious it was. i only had smoked paprika so used only a little, but the sugar was just sweet enough to add a little zing to the flavor. It didn't take away from the meat flavor as my family thought-the recipe totally enhanced it. I will keep using it. You did good girl!! Love you!!

Made this for Christmas and had seven guests. I always make a rib roast, but had never brined one. OMG this was the best ever. The beef was moist, tender, and perfectly seasoned. Everyone said this was the best roast they ever tasted. This is how I will fix my rib roasts in the future. Thank you Sunny.

Used this recipe last Christmas and it was a hit. The meat was so tender that I was able to cut it with a fork. I will be making it again this year. Thanks Sunny for such a wonderful recipe.
