SO AMAZING! I am not one to like sugar rubs but this one was PERFECT. And every once in a while the coffee taste slipped in and gave you a TINY reminder it was there. Everyone at my dinner was floored by this recipe! It did take closer to the 2 hour mark in my oven opposed to the 1hr 40min but my oven is testy sometimes. I pair this roast with Anne Burrell's Smashed Potato Gratin and Giada's stuffed mushrooms

This was excellent! I was expecting to taste coffee, but actually, the flavor was delicious- sweet and smoky. I would definitely make this recipe again and recommend it to anyone!

125 degrees is the internal temperature of the meat. Not the temperature of the oven.

I just watched this recipe on Sunny's show. Sure am gonna try it. But I am also sure that she did not say to cook it at 125 degrees for 1 hour and 40 minutes. It's more like 325 degrees. No way can you cook this much meat on 125 degrees. Just to warn the people who might not know.
