Even though I left the fennel seeds out because I didn't have it in my spice rack the chicken came out amazing! Succulent, sweet and spicy! Very delish!

This recipe is delicious! I didn't have a lot of the ingredients on hand but I REALLY wanted to make it, so I had to improvise. I put in the ingredients I had and subbed or left out the rest (reg. sugar not brown, fresh ginger not ground, red onion not green, jalepeno pepper not haberno and no fennel seeds or OJ. I also added olive oil...whizzed it all up and marinated the chicken in it. Believe it or not it was fanastic, even with all the changes! I will make again, following the directions to see how much better it will be - I can't imagine it can be much better than what I had.

I thought these were good but too sweet for my taste. I would cut back on the sugar and up the heat a little. Plus, mine weren't crispy. Was it me?

Wow! These wings have some serious flavor. This was my first attempt at cooking chicken wings and I am glad that I chose to follow this recipe. The chicken was incredibly moist and brushing the wings with the glaze really reinforced the awesome flavor of the marinade. Will definitely be making these again.

These were a hit at the Super Bowl party! I cut back on the habanero as I didn't want to burn everyone out; added just a bit more cayenne. I ended up cooking a little longer at lower temp for about a half hour as they needed to harden off just a bit. Delicious; Tender; and Just enough of a kick!
